How to unstake & claim rewards from legacy staking

The information in this guide relates to staking in Bumper's legacy dApp, and covers how to claim rewards and unstake.

How to Claim your Rewards

If you’ve chosen fixed staking, your rewards will be claimable at the conclusion of the period. If you’ve chosen flexible staking you can claim your earned BUMP at any time.

Step 1/4

Once your tokens are claimable, the “Claim” button will be enabled.

Step 2/4

On pressing the Claim button you’ll be directed to a confirmation screen where you can see your claimable yield.

Step 3/4

On clicking the “Confirm” button, you’ll be asked to confirm the transaction in your wallet.

Step 4/4

Once the transaction is submitted and completed, you’ll be redirected to the Staking page and you’ll see the claimed tokens in your wallet.

How to Unstake - Fixed Staking

Step 1/4

Once the staking period is completed, you will see an enabled “Unstake” button. Note: If you locked in for a fixed period you can’t unstake during the term.

Step 2/4

On pressing the Unstake button you’ll be directed to a confirmation screen where you can see your claimable yield and the amount staked.

Step 3/4

On clicking the “Confirm” button, you’ll be asked to confirm an Ethereum transaction.

Step 4/4

How to Unstake - Flexible Staking

Within flexible staking there is a 10 day cooldown period. At the conclusion of this 10 days you will have 2 days to Unstake before the BUMP is restaked.

Step 1/5

In the flexible plan, you can choose to unstake at any time. To commence the process click the “Cooldown” button.

Step 2/5

After clicking on the “Cooldown” button you’ll be redirected to the Confirmation page. Once confirmed you will enter a cooldown period.

Step 3/5

When 10 days or “cooldown” period has elapsed, you will then see an enabled Unstake button. You now have two (2) days to select the Unstake button, else they would need to again enter a cooldown period for unstaking.

Step 4/5

You will then be directed to the confirmation page. On clicking the “Confirm” button, you will be asked to confirm an ethereum transaction.

Step 5/5

Once the transaction is submitted and completed, you’ll be redirected to the Staking page and you can see the claimed tokens and original staking amount in your wallet.
